Program:  “A Few Things We’ve Learned in 40 Years of Single Ply Roofing”

It is time to resume our monthly Crandic Chapter Meetings on the Third Tuesday of the month!  This month, we will have a special presentation from one of the newest members of our Chapter, Chris M. Demro, of Luna & Associates.  Chris will focus on presenting some of the changes and advancements made in the single ply roofing industry, including edge metal, adhesives, moisture infiltration, and vapor barriers.

Chris was born and raised in northeast IA.  He attended Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, where he studied business and psychology.  After graduating, Chris worked in finance for a year before starting with Carlisle SynTec, Inc. as an Inspector in Chicago.  After a few years, Chris took a position in Pricing and Analytics at the SynTec headquarters in Carlisle, PA, followed by returning to the Midwest for a regional role with a foot in both the technical and sales channels for Carlisle.  In April of this year, Chris took the opportunity to come on board with Luna & Associates, the local rep group, and moved back home to Iowa.  Luna & Associates was formed in 2011 to serve as independent sales representatives for Carlisle SynTec, Inc.  The organization operates in the Midwestern territories, covering Missouri, Southern Illinois, Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska.
